IPTV Setup Guide

Use this IPTV setup guide for easy configuration of your IPTV service on Smart TV, Firestick, Apple TV, Android, MAG or PC. Easy-to-follow instructions, completed within 5-10 minutes!

Smart TV (Samsung, LG, Philips, Sony)

Most current Smart TV models will allow you to use an IPTV player from the application store of the TV and have a TV guide (EPG) incorporated.

Recommended app: Hot IPTV Player
  1. Go to your Smart TV app store (Samsung Apps, LG Content Store, Google Play or Philips App Gallery).
  2. Find and download our recommended IPTV player from the app store.
  3. Launch the app and create a new playlist/user through the Xtream Codes feature.
  4. Enter the username, password and server URL sent to you after your purchase.
  5. Wait for 30 seconds while channels are loading.

Amazon Firestick / Fire TV

Firestick is one of the simplest methods of streaming IPTV via a TV, and normally this takes around 5 minutes.

Recommended app: IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate
  1. From the home screen of Fire TV, locate the Downloader application and install it.
  2. From the settings, go to My Fire TV → Developer options and enable installation of applications from unknown sources.
  3. Open the Downloader application and download the APK file using the link that will be provided by us.
  4. Install the application, run it and log in via Xtream Codes.
  5. Insert your username, password, and server URL.

Apple TV / iOS (iPhone & iPad)

The latest models of the Apple TV, iPhone and iPad devices can use an IPTV player obtained from the App Store.

Recommended app: IPTV Smarters Pro or GSE Smart IPTV
  1. Launch the App Store application on your Apple TV, iPhone or iPad.
  2. Find IPTV Smarters Pro app in the search and download it.
  3. Accept the terms of service agreement.
  4. Select Login with Xtream Codes API and enter the required details such as username, password and server URL.
  5. Click Add User button to display the content.

Android (TV Box, phone, Tablet)

Android TV Box, Chromecast with Google TV, phone, and tablet can download an IPTV app from the Google Play Store.

Recommended app: Hot IPTV Player
  1. Navigate to the Google Play Store and find the recommended IPTV player.
  2. Download the app, click on the app and permit all permissions requested by it.
  3. Click on Add Playlist (New User), select the login method of Xtream Codes.
  4. Input the username, password, and server URL provided to you.
  5. Enjoy your streaming experience.

MAG Box / Enigma2 (Dreambox, VU+)

MAG boxes and Enigma2 receivers use a portal URL or an M3U file that we provide.

Recommended app: Built-in IPTV portal (MAG) or Enigma2 plugin
  1. MAG: go to Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals and enter our URL in Portal 1.
  2. Restart the box and your channels will appear in the main menu.
  3. Enigma2: send us your device's MAC address and we will link your line to your Dreambox or VU+.
  4. For M3U, upload the file by FTP to /etc/enigma2/iptv.m3u.

Windows, Mac & Browser

If you use a PC or Mac, there is a free media player that can be used on your computer. The stream is also compatible with any web browser.

Recommended app: VLC Media Player or IPTV Smarters Pro
  1. You can download the free VLC Media Player at videolan.org.
  2. Launch VLC and select Media → Open Network Stream (for Windows) or File → Open Network (for Mac).
  3. Copy our M3U URL and play the content.
  4. Would rather use an app? The IPTV Smarters Pro desktop app is available upon request.
  5. Login to the web player using your credentials.

Common issues you might face when using the IPTV setup guide and how to fix them.

I am receiving a message saying “Account Expired” or “Authorization Failed”

Ensure that the username and password provided to you is correctly entered (the format is case sensitive). In case there are issues, contact us via WhatsApp and we will be able to reset your account in 2 minutes.

There is buffering while streaming

Check your internet connection; at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K is ideal. Use a different DNS (1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8) or reboot your router. In case it does not resolve, we will provide you with a new server link.

Channels are not working

This is most often due to a brief outage on the provider’s side. Test other channels as well before getting in touch with us via WhatsApp, where we will send a fresh playlist.

I have lost my login credentials

Not a problem. Send us the order number or the email address used to place the order through WhatsApp and we will send back your login credentials in 5 minutes.
